The home was great for our annual golf weekend. 14 people with 12 golfers and the house accommodated us perfectly. We all had space to gather together and hang out as group. Best part was the awesome dining table that probably fits 24 people. We were able to walk to local restaurants but spent most of the time in the house when not golfing. Plenty of storage for food and cooking with ample supplies. Everything was in good condition and worked great.

I had a mini vacation here with multiple families, and at first, finding a place that would work with our budget and our amount of people was difficult. But I was so lucky to have a conversation with Birch Rentals, who, despite the circumstances and specific requests, were able to accommodate us and help us find a place. So I want to first thank them for their kindness, patience, and generosity. Their service was quick and extremely helpful. As for the house itself, it was in the perfect location, and it was clean and beautiful when we walked in. Everything was in its place, there was a helpful binder at the front, and we had basically everything we needed, and more. The pool was in the perfect spot too, we were worried at first because it was a shared pool, but luckily it's in a location that still feels pretty private, with a beautiful view of the mountains. We're from NYC, so relaxing in a pool with a mountain and forest view is kind of not our normal. Very spacious, and honestly, so worth it. For a last-minute, crowded trip, this specific Airbnb definitely made it so much better.

The house is huge! It was easy to accommodate about 30 people. Bedrooms were comfortable, the enormous table was fantastic. If you want to go to Echo Lake, I do recommend getting parking reservations. North Conway is busy on the weekends, and it was cool that we could walk into town for the crafts fair. Thanks for having us! It's hard to find a place for 30 people, and this was great.

We had a wonderful stay at 10 Locust Lane. The house was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jeremiah from the management team was extremely responsive, supportive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. The entire experience was seamless, and we truly felt at home. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay and would gladly return in the future.
